📋 Description

• Build key technical relationships at top accounts and demonstrate technical credibility in NI solutions • Understand and assist in creating customer technical requirements • Recommend software and hardware architectures and guide customers on next steps • Collaborate with NI Account Managers to develop and execute account technical strategies • Provide insight into overall account strategy and pipeline • Coordinate with internal technical stakeholders on account technical initiatives • Provide feedback to increase account success • Leverage industry, application-area, and account knowledge to uncover and influence future customer technical needs • Generate further technical demand for NI products, services, and support • Build trusted customer relationships through technical consultation and solution-focused engagement • Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience • Experience applying engineering, test, measurement, automation, or software development principles in a professional environment • Programming experience supporting technical solutions, applications, or systems development • Willingness and ability to travel to support customer and business needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences • Commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions while working collaboratively across functions • Preferred: Degree concentration in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering • Preferred: Experience with NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and NI PXI platform, including developer certifications • Preferred: English language competency with effective oral and written communication skills • Preferred: Advanced skill in LabVIEW, .NET, Python, C++, or C# • Preferred: Advanced FPGA development using VHDL or LabVIEW FPGA • Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role • Preferred: Experience contributing to organizational, account, or engagement strategies • Preferred: Ability to integrate business, operational, and interpersonal considerations into technical engagements • Preferred: Experience supporting automated test, validation, instrumentation, or measurement applications
