📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services to new and existing clients in maritime and offshore sectors • Service, install, maintain, and upgrade air-conditioning and cooling systems on ships and offshore platforms • Conduct technical analysis of implementations and modifications and recommend enhancements • Perform advanced test procedures • Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems and order replacement parts • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly • Commission new installations with owners and shipbuilding teams • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure satisfaction • Develop product expertise and report technical damage or system issues • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with the field team • Travel frequently domestically and internationally, including aboard cruise ships and in global ports • Support urgent customer needs with 24/7 availability

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification • A minimum of 5 years of relevant field service experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, especially marine air-conditioning and refrigeration systems • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences • At least 80% willingness and ability to travel internationally and respond to service needs at any time • Good command of English • Familiarity with shipboard systems, maritime operations, and offshore installations would be a plus
