📋 Description

• Maintain and repair air-conditioning and cooling systems on ships and offshore platforms • Conduct technical analysis and perform advanced test procedures • Diagnose malfunctions in mechanical and electrical systems and order appropriate replacement parts • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively • Commission new installations in consultation with the owner and/or shipbuilding team • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure satisfaction • Develop product expertise and report technical damage or system issues • Deliver on-site services to new and existing maritime and offshore clients • Perform servicing, installations, maintenance, and equipment upgrades • Recommend enhancements aligned with customer needs • Interact regularly with clients and address outstanding issues professionally • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with the field team

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent qualification • A minimum of 5 years of relevant field service experience OR an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, especially marine air-conditioning and refrigeration systems • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to varied audiences • At least 80% willingness and ability to travel internationally and respond to service needs at any time • Good command of English • Familiarity with shipboard systems, maritime operations, and offshore installations would be a plus
