📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites • Support the installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts • Provide professional and friendly customer service • Travel throughout the South West region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Develop technical knowledge • Maintain high safety standards • Follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO standards • Work occasional approved overtime and weekends • Transition to a rota-based shift pattern with weekend coverage from October 2027

🎯 Requirements

• Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems • Interest in analysing, testing, and repairing complex equipment • Curious and solution-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail • Customer-focused approach • Clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable using power tools and hand tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team • Flexibility to travel and manage own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Ability to work occasional approved overtime and weekends • Ability to transition to a rota-based shift pattern with weekend coverage from October 2027
