• Research and evaluate new PEO vendor opportunities and present recommendations to management • Manage relationships with PEO vendors and serve as the organization's point of contact • Act as an in-office liaison between sales teams and PEO vendors by fielding inquires, as directed by the Vice President, regarding services and products offered • Facilitate seminars, webinars and conference calls to educate teams, brokers and clients on PEO products and services • Maintain and organize appropriate product and menu of service materials • Provides support to the organization for problems with vendor products and services • Record/input product and services activities in department log; Maintain details and produce spreadsheet reports as requested • Stay up to date with latest industry news, product knowledge and other market trends
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience interacting with broker community and PEO vendors • Working knowledge of employer services • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills • Work well independently and within a team environment • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
