📋 Description
• Provide telephone and written consultation to prospective customers for our online services • Prepare offers based on customer needs and conclude (telephone) contracts • Handle email correspondence, data entry, and support customer care
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, preferably in the service sector (career changers are welcome) • Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner • Team player, resilient, and reliable • Negotiation skills and ability to close deals • Flexibility in the afternoons • Native-level German and very good English skills
