📋 Description

‱ Conduct in-depth research on markets, competitors, industry trends, and potential partners to inform strategic decisions. ‱ Collect, analyze, and interpret business, marketing, and financial data to generate actionable insights that guide strategy, improve performance, and uncover growth opportunities. ‱ Build reports and tools to support planning and execution of diverse business development, marketing, and partnership strategies. ‱ Support partnership development by identifying, evaluating, and initiating strategic collaborations. ‱ Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives by supporting positioning, content planning, segmentation, and client-facing messaging. ‱ Track, test, and implement emerging AI tools and trends, supporting both internal teams and client-related AI initiatives. ‱ Assist in product management activities, including research, planning, defining requirements, coordinating with development teams, and overseeing delivery of internal and external solutions. ‱ Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and sales teams to refine and align go-to-market strategies. ‱ Participate in customer or strategic calls as needed. ‱ Support the Head of Business Development on high-priority initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, marketing, or business development. ‱ Strong skills in Excel; experience with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus. ‱ Understanding of key marketing concepts (content, positioning, segmentation). ‱ Foundational knowledge of financial analysis and modeling to support pricing, performance projections, and business cases. ‱ Demonstrated interest in and usage of AI tools for productivity, insight generation, and strategic innovation. ‱ Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders in English. ‱ Strong organizational skills and self-motivation. ‱ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. ‱ Nice to Have: Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) or marketing automation tools. ‱ Nice to Have: Prior work in B2B software, consulting, or digital services. ‱ Nice to Have: Knowledge of outbound sales or campaign performance metrics. ‱ Nice to Have: Exposure to product management or product launch cycles.
