• Sales & Consultation: Manage and grow your customer base within your sales territory through personalized advice and targeted coordination. • Shape brand presence: Ensure optimal shelf placement, run creative promotions and present professionally in-store. • Activate retailers: Train sales staff and represent the company at trade shows. • Use smart data: Route planning and reporting via iPad and online tools — digital, efficient and transparent. • Demonstrate market awareness: Analyze competitors and trends — identify opportunities before others do.
• Experience in field sales, sales or retail • Strong communication skills, persuasive and service-oriented • Independent, organized and target-driven • Excellent written and spoken German • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and confident use of iPhone & iPad • You live in one of our sales areas or are open to relocating to the region
