📋 Description

• Build solution-ready LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and front-end UI • Work side-by-side with customers in the field to adapt, deploy, and iterate in live environments • Deliver production-ready solutions in agile, end-to-end sprints • Engineer APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector databases, LLM frameworks, and UI components • Integrate with legacy systems, navigate ambiguity, and ship safely at speed • Build reusable scaffolds, SDKs, libraries, prompts, and documentation • Share feedback with platform and product teams and influence product strategy • Debug distributed systems, tune latency, and implement monitoring • Lead implementations from zero to one with architects, product managers, and customer teams • Transform successful customer solutions into reusable patterns for broader enterprise deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 10+ years of software engineering experience • 2+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles • Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments • Backend strength in Python, Node.js, and Java • Frontend strength in React and Angular • Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs • Foundations of MLflow, Weights & Biases, LoRA, PEFT, SageMaker, Vertex AI, AzureML, Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect, TorchServe, Triton, vLLM, SHAP, LIME, pandas, Spark, and SQL • Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, vector search, and context management • Skilled in debugging distributed systems, tuning latency, and implementing monitoring • Ability to contribute to shared SDKs and tools • Product sensibility focused on user value, MVP iteration, and long-term scale • Experience deploying in AWS, Azure, or GCP with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code • Able to travel up to 30% and work onsite when needed • Preferred: experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow or Salesforce • Preferred: production deployments in secure, regulated enterprise environments • Preferred: contributions to developer-experience tooling, frameworks, or reusable AI scaffolds
