📋 Description

• Solve problems and design solutions for prospective and existing clients • Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions for new projects • Assist management in proposing solutions for prospective customers • Collaborate with the wider technical team, delegate work, and ensure smooth testing and implementation • Work with project managers and team leaders to scope and estimate projects • Participate hands-on in implementation and testing when necessary • Produce and approve comprehensive documentation throughout all project stages • Architect marketing platforms and supporting solutions using CDPs and marketing automation tools • Assist clients with marketing-focused data engineering and analytics tasks • Deploy multichannel marketing campaigns across email, push, web, and SMS • Configure tag management solutions • Contribute to process improvement, team knowledge, and documentation • Participate in new business development and consulting work for existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both French and English • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders • Background in designing and developing customer solutions within enterprise SaaS platforms • Experience onboarding clients to SaaS platforms is advantageous • Good understanding of data, databases, data manipulation, and integration in SaaS platforms • Ability to anticipate client needs and propose appropriate solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence presenting to colleagues and client teams • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure • Familiarity with web technologies, internet environments, email software, ecommerce, web analytics, APIs, and application service providers • Exposure to a Digital Marketing Suite/Cloud platform or Customer Data Platform is a plus • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across email, SMS, and push channels is advantageous • Proficiency with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Redpoint is desirable • Experience deploying pre-built AI solutions for marketing tools is desirable • Pre-sales experience is desirable • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, especially the UK, France, and Hungary
