📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day People Operations activities including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, escalating as needed • Maintain and improve our HR systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Partner with the SVP of Operations on policy implementation and process improvements • Help develop and implement learning and development initiatives that support employee growth • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism • Report to the SVP of Operations and contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, such as learning and development and team offsites

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in People Operations/HR, ideally in startups or high-growth company • Demonstrated success supporting and improving HR programs in remote or distributed teams • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance • Experience with HRIS and people management platforms; tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools • A “roll up your sleeves” mindset—flexible, proactive, and comfortable shifting between day-to-day execution and project support • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and integrity • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and entrepreneurial environment • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
