📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from General Contractor bid award through grand opening • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, architects, engineers, landlords, and internal stakeholders • Ensure projects are delivered safely, completely, on schedule, within budget, and according to company standards • Manage project schedules, project finances, administration, quality oversight, vendors, and stakeholders • Manage the turnover process from construction completion through training and opening • Interface and coordinate with Real Estate, Development, Design, Permitting, Facilities, IT, Operations, Training, and Marketing, as well as landlord representatives and AHJs • Work with the Construction Coordinator on project setup and closeout • Oversee multiple restaurant construction projects from bid award to opening • Review, manage, and approve General Contractor and vendor changes and invoices; track against project budget • Forecast project spend • Manage construction progress and identify opportunities, risks, delays, and cost impacts; develop exploitation and mitigation options • Oversee transition from construction completion to Operations through training and opening • Prepare project reports, schedules, and forecasts • Provide occasional off-hours emergency warranty support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or related field • 2–4 years of related work experience • Construction Project Management experience for a restaurant concept, developer, or General Contractor • Preferred: 4–6 years of work experience • Preferred: 1–3 years of supervisory experience • PMP certification preferred • Frequent travel • Occasional off-hours response for emergency warranty support
