• Manage a book of 30-50 connectors, tiers 1-3 • Source and secure net new connectors each month as we continue to grow the program • Work with marketing to enhance the Connector collateral repository • Work with finance to generate monthly invoices • Work with Brand and Creator Growth to support priority pipeline generation, and deal support where relevant • Help maintain the monthly Wishlist and Target Brand list for connectors. • Provide regular reporting on connector activity, conversion rates, and pipeline impact. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks, and strengthen the Connector Program’s scalability. • Assist in refining incentive structures, onboarding flows, and communication cadences for connectors.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, consulting, or partnerships (SaaS, media, or influencer marketing experience a plus). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you can juggle many moving pieces without dropping the ball. • Excellent communicator (written + verbal) who can manage relationships internally and externally. • Operationally minded, with a strong ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proficient with Salesforce and Excel.
