📋 Description

• Own the candidate’s first experience of Siena end to end: triage, first screen, feedback, and follow-through • Conduct inbound triage and first-round screens for high-volume and high-stakes roles • Provide every candidate’s answer on time • Manage scheduling and logistics across a growing slate of live roles • Maintain Ashby pipelines, notes, and statuses accurately and consistently • Use Claude and similar AI tools in recruiting workflows • Provide occasional sourcing support when recruiting volume requires it • Work closely with candidates, the Talent Ops Manager, and recruiting tools to prevent hand-off issues

🎯 Requirements

• Agency background, involving either high-volume recruiting at pace or precise search work • Experience at a boutique agency or a startup at Series A or earlier • Comfortable working without an established playbook and building one • Experience building real workflows with Claude or similar AI tools • Ability to use AI tools as part of the work, not merely for drafting emails • Ability to exercise judgment and take ownership without clear instructions • Commitment to providing feedback to every candidate, including candidates who do not move forward
