📋 Description

• Support one of the firm's key TMT clients for 3–6 months • Provide data protection legal support as a junior Data Protection lawyer • Work fully remotely, ideally full-time • Engage regularly with the sponsoring Partner and client team • Use Simmons & Simmons' resources and Know-how during the assignment • Participate in training, development, networking events, webinars, and firmwide events

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer • Strong experience with data protection matters • Some exposure to AI matters is helpful • Problem-solving ability and collaborative approach • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads effectively • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of the wider team • Background screening required; this may include a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificate depending on the position
