• Work directly with managing directors and senior executives • Support and implement digitalization and AI projects • Analyze existing processes and develop efficient digital structures • Introduce modern ways of working and automation solutions • Support DATEV-related process and organizational topics • Actively help shape new digital standards and modern consulting approaches • Provide ongoing support to partner clients throughout digital transformation processes • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions in digitalization and AI

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable environment • Passion for digitalization, automation, and AI applications • DATEV experience is desirable but not required • Ability to explain and support complex topics in a clear, practical manner • Structured, solutions-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality • Enjoy taking responsibility and actively driving change • Professional communication with clients • Ambition to make companies more efficient and future-ready in a sustainable way
