• Own and optimize the sales funnel from SQL to Closed-Won by increasing sales velocity • Design and maintain deal routing and coverage models to maximize seller productivity and ensure balanced workloads • Lead forecasting cadence with Sales: weekly, monthly and quarterly commits, pipeline reviews, and slippage analysis • Administer the sales tech stack in partnership with RevOps (CRM, sequences, quoting tools, automations) and ensure adoption, data quality, and usability across the sales organization • Drive pipeline hygiene and process compliance: enforce stage-exit criteria, monitor and maintain data integrity, and identify bottlenecks in the funnel • Enable a data-driven sales culture by creating, maintaining, and continuously improving dashboards and analytics that empower sellers and managers to understand performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy • Partner with RevOps to ensure system, data, and process alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Drive enablement: deliver hands-on training on pipeline hygiene, stage criteria, and CRM best practices to ensure adoption • Capture and prioritize sales user stories and translate them into workflow, automation, and UX improvements.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function (e.g., Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations) within a B2B SaaS environment • Native German speaker with professional-level English • Strong experience owning sales processes and forecasting cadence • Excellent analytical skills: comfortable interpreting data and jointly acting on data-led insights with Sales • Admin-level experience managing a CRM (preferably HubSpot Sales Hub) • Experience using AI tools and a proactive approach to applying technology for workflow automation and operational efficiency • Familiarity with automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and a basic understanding of APIs or data sync concepts • Experience creating documentation, training sessions, and internal toolkits to enable operational excellence • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical (data/ops) and non-technical (sales reps, leadership) stakeholders • Hands-on operational mindset: willing to roll up your sleeves, own day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process discipline — you’ll enforce standards and ensure consistency • Remote-first mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
