• You work with pre-qualified, warm leads who have already shown interest in our software solution • You enjoy solution-oriented sales conversations via phone and Google Meet to convince prospective customers of our software • You are responsible for the entire sales process — from initial consultation to closing — and present the benefits of our solution • By selling our SaaS solution, you make a significant contribution to our company's success in the DACH market • You support and advise our customers on all matters related to our software solution, building trust through your expertise
• Your excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities help you identify customers' needs and offer tailored solutions • You are highly organized and work in a solution-focused manner • You have at least two years of sales experience • You are familiar with working toward monthly sales targets and are motivated to meet and preferably exceed them
• A role in the forward-looking field of online marketing, with access to digital insights from a market leader • During the first two weeks of onboarding, you will meet the team on-site in Bonn • Afterwards, even while working from home, you'll benefit from excellent onboarding through video training and tailored coaching • You will receive transparent and fair feedback in regular discussions — we want you to know exactly where you stand and what your next steps are • SISTRIX is a successful, owner-managed company — as an employer we offer long-term stability combined with a startup mentality
