📋 Description

• Strategic development and expansion of our B2B business: establishing long-term partnerships with key account companies • Managing key accounts throughout the entire lifecycle • Networking & acquisition: proactive outbound outreach to new partner companies • Reactivating existing contacts in the B2B environment • Presentations and pitches with decision-makers • Process optimization & Sales Enablement: analyzing partner volumes and deriving commercial measures • Close collaboration with Operations, Fleet, and Product & Marketing • Support & development: personalized partner support, developing joint solutions and referral structures

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (car rental, leasing, mobility, dealership, etc.) • Familiar with B2B sales involving long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Experienced in managing customers from cold outreach to closing • Strong in presenting, follow-up, and strategic closing • Able to activate networks, build relationships, and close deals reliably • Patient but results-oriented • CRM, data, and processes are not obstacles but part of your toolkit
