• Advising business owners/CEOs on how they can acquire new employees or contracts through our services • Independently scheduling appointments with cold and warm inbound leads • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks
• Clear, comprehensible German pronunciation and an energetic telephone manner • Strong willingness to learn, high performance drive, and the ambition to continuously develop personally and professionally • Some experience in sales, ideally 1–3 years in telephone cold calling • Preferably prior sales experience in an agency or in a coaching/consulting environment • Educational background is secondary; what's decisive is that you have sales experience and are motivated to grow with Flatland Marketing
• Above-average compensation with an attractive base salary and a high-performing commission plan • Minimum: 15 appointments set = €3,000 • Realistic: 30 appointments set = €4,000 • High-Performer: 45+ appointments set = €5,000–€6,500 • Permanent employment with flexible working hours and the option to work fully remote within Germany • 30 days of vacation plus additional benefits such as bonuses, team events, training, and continuous professional development • A modern, largely automated CRM system that handles the majority of administrative work so you can focus on the essentials • An ambitious team with genuine career prospects, e.g., progression from Setter to Closer
