• Lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on key accounts and high-value partnerships • Achieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region • Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototyping • Engage with OEMs (machine builders) to integrate our technology • Work closely with partners to optimize territory coverage and drive further growth • Interact with engineering as well as senior management • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively • Contribute to building a larger business presence and increasing market share in the DACH region and Europe as part of a team.
• Proven experience in sales, channel, and account management • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial automation • Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers • Technical knowledge of robots and/or automation systems • Deep understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in the DACH region, including automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research • Self-motivated, organized, commercially driven, and entrepreneurial • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essential • Fluent in German and English
