• Primary responsibility is to generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts through research and networking • Maintains relationships for new and existing accounts in order to protect and grow existing business opportunities • Identifies the need for new products • Generates both short-term and long-term rolling forecasts for revenue and product / volume mix • Gives input to the marketing group to support the goal of establishing and implementing promotional, advertising, and communication strategies for key markets • Benchmarks our products with the competition from a technical and business perspective
• BS Electrical Engineering Degree • Minimum 10 years Field Experience
• Sales Commission Plan, paid out quarterly based on achievement of sales objectives and goals • Equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success
