📋 Description
• You handle complex inquiries from our international corporate and VIP clients across the global SIXT network • You communicate with customers via email and phone in German and English • Through your work you contribute sustainably to increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty • You have a varied role and actively contribute to the success of the department and the company • You are willing to work in shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Sunday
🎯 Requirements
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, or a comparable role • You enjoy interacting with customers and work independently with a solution-oriented approach • You are communicative and enjoy writing and speaking on the phone • You are a team player and reliable • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
