📋 Description

• Handle complex inquiries from international corporate clients and VIP customers • Responsible for bookings and change requests • Assist with bookings via web and app • Communicate with customers by email and phone in German and English • Ensure the delivery of excellent quality standards and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably prior experience in customer support, customer service, hospitality, or a comparable role • Enjoy interacting with customers; independent and solution-oriented work style • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Team player and reliable • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
