📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons • You support our customers from initial contact through to contract conclusion and assist them at every stage • With your intuition and a thorough needs analysis you determine what customers really need and help them secure the optimal loan offer • Help our customers fulfill their wishes — completely without cold calling, as all our customers have proactively submitted their details to us • With our modern communication tools and our partners' digital contract-completion options, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, telesales or retail) • You are an excellent communicator and convince with an open and professional manner on the phone • You are characterized by high reliability and a committed, proactive work style • You are eager to develop professionally, bring plenty of motivation and want to get started with us • Ideally, you have completed vocational commercial training (e.g., business administration)
