• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role. • Proven track record of managing sales teams across multiple states or regions, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and lead a geographically dispersed team. • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance and decision-making. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
