📋 Description

• Co-ordinate with client to fix minor issues or to reproduce the issue. • Respond to client as soon as possible. • Work at night. 8:30 pm to 5:30 am. • Escalate high priority requests to the team. • Engage client as much as possible with daily updates regarding open tickets or take follow-ups with client and team both.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in handling support requests and providing tech support. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. • Basic understanding of web technologies, programming and terminology of computer architecture. • Should be detail oriented and have passion for problem solving. • Should have working knowledge of at least one support tool. (Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Intercom). • Should have basic knowledge of WordPress Platform. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
