• Leads: 负责在指定医院及区域内推广公司医疗耗材产品,达成个人及团队销售目标 • Implements: 实施客户拜访计划,建立并维护与临床医生、护士、设备科、采购科等关键决策者的长期合作关系 • Determines: 确定客户需求,提供专业的产品解决方案与临床支持,推动产品入院与上量 • Supports: 支持市场推广活动,参与科室会、展会及学术会议,提升品牌影响力 • Willingness to be on-call (interest question): 愿意接受待命安排,及时响应客户紧急需求(如手术跟台、产品应急供应等)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; 3 years of job related experience • 具备 3 年以上医疗耗材或医疗器械销售经验, 熟悉医院采购流程 • 具备良好的客户关系管理能力, 能独立开发并维护三级医院客户, 有医院消毒供应中心相关产品销售经验者优先 • 熟悉江苏省尤其是苏北地区徐州及淮安两地医疗市场者优先 • 能熟练使用 Office 办公软件及 CRM 系统(如 Salesforce) • 持有当前有效的中国机动车驾驶执照 • 生物医学、护理、临床医学或市场营销相关专业学士学位 • 3 年以上跨国医疗企业销售经验 • 具备良好的演讲与学术推广能力, 曾参与或主讲科室会 • 具备较强的抗压能力、目标导向与团队协作精神
