• Own positioning and messaging for Prophecy end-to-end: what it is, who it's for, why it's different, and why now. Translate technical primitives (real-time settlement, AI resolution, agentic liquidity) into sharp, defensible narratives that work across trader, builder, and partner audiences • Lead go-to-market for every Prophecy launch: mainnet milestones, new market categories, agent integrations, partner activations, and token / incentive moments. Run cross-functional launch pods spanning product, engineering, comms, growth, design, and BD • Define and run the marketing roadmap for Prophecy in lockstep with the product and community leads. Sequence launches, campaigns, and content so each beat compounds on the last instead of competing for airtime • Build the audience. Design and execute always-on programs that grow Prophecy's qualified builders base • Own competitive intelligence. Maintain a live read on the competitive landscape such that you understand how to differentiate and position Prophecy • Run customer and market research. Talk to traders, builders, and KOLs continuously. Bring insight back into product roadmap, pricing, and creative • Brief and produce content that earns attention in the web3 space: launch threads, longform research notes, explainer videos, dashboards, KOL kits, conference assets, and AMA narratives. Quality bar is "screenshotted on CT," not "ticked the box." • Partner with comms on tier-1 press, podcast bookings, and thought leadership. Land Prophecy in the publications and shows the target audience actually reads and listens to • Instrument everything. Define the KPIs that matter and own the weekly reporting rhythm. Kill what isn't working, double down on what is • Be the channel partner-in-chief internally. Brief channel owners on the Prophecy narrative so every channel ships consistent, on-message activations without you in the room
• 5+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 spent on a consumer-facing web3 product (prediction markets, derivatives DEX, perps, options, equities trading, or fintech with a trader audience) • Crypto-native. You hold a wallet, understand on-chain UX, know the difference between a CLOB and an AMM, can read a token incentive design, and have shipped GTM for at least one Web3 product that hit market • Track record of owning launches end-to-end. From positioning brief through measurable post-launch impact. Bring 2-3 launches you can talk through in detail: the thesis, the bets, the numbers, and what you'd do differently • Sharp narrative instinct. You can take a 40-page technical spec and produce a 280-character hook that builders share. Writing samples will be requested • Quantitative fluency. Comfortable with numbers, you frame every campaign around hypotheses and read the data yourself rather than waiting for analytics • Operator mindset. You're a maker, not a manager. You ship the brief, write the thread, edit the deck, and chase the asset. Comfortable with ambiguity, allergic to process for its own sake • Cross-functional gravity. You can hold the line on a launch narrative with founders, product leads, designers, and BD without losing the room. Strong opinions, loosely held, clearly argued • Excellent written and spoken English. This role lives in Notion, Slack, X, and on calls with global partners
• Earn competitive compensation with token incentives • Work remotely with a global team
