📋 Description
• Apply the structured Sonoco change management framework to develop and execute Change Management strategies, plans, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers and Continuous Improvement Leads. • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. • Create and execute communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments. • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
