• Set the vision, strategy, and operating model for the X-Ops Platform organisation • Lead, coach, and develop engineering leaders • Own platform reliability, resilience, operational excellence • Partner with product engineering and threat research leaders • Drive cloud efficiency and cost transparency • Establish platform governance and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Cyber Security background and acumen • Significant engineering leadership experience • Strong track record of building reliable platforms • Experience with operational excellence practices • Ability to set strategy and translate it into execution • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
