📋 Description

• Own full accountability for revenue and growth targets across the strategic account portfolio • Drive global pricing strategies, renewal playbooks, and risk mitigation planning • Build and maintain multi-tiered relationships with client stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact • Deliver professional, insight-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Develop and execute strategic account plans for retention, revenue growth, client expansion, margin improvement, and cross-business-unit penetration • Lead complex deal structuring involving multiple business units, geographies, and/or service lines • Oversee timely and accurate execution of client contracts, approval processes, and contract metrics through the DOA process • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to position services and solutions proactively • Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives by coordinating internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, strategic account management, or commercial operations • Experience managing multi-site accounts with moderate complexity in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred
