• Knowledge of the B2B market or willingness to learn. • A bachelor's degree in sales, communications, marketing, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration. • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple leads and follow-ups. • Familiarity or experience with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals. • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach. • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone. • Confidence to handle rejection and the ability to remain calm, positive, and focused.
