📋 Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems • Address service requests, including hot/cold calls, plumbing issues, and lighting repairs • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate issues as needed • Replace light fixtures/bulbs, filters, and other components • Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment performance • Interact with occupants, contractors, and facilities managers • Work with facilities management leadership to support smooth building operations and resolve location issues • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks and contractor oversight • Conduct property inspections to identify deficiencies • Record equipment readings and ensure assigned building systems operate according to standards • Follow company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE • Report safety hazards and participate in safety inspections • Provide guidance to junior Technicians when needed • Communicate professionally with teammates, leadership, and vendors, keeping customers informed and updated • Work with senior management to develop technical skills and participate in professional development programs • Service branch locations in North Broward, Palm Beach, and Indian River Counties

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required • A valid Universal level EPA Section 608 certification is required • A valid Florida driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering • Strong background in HVAC equipment and systems, plumbing, electrical, equipment repair and maintenance, and overall system design and application • 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience • Follow OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA regulations • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and on-call work as needed • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Must complete background checks, employment verifications, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
