📋 Description

• Conduct independent qualification, consultation, and sales calls with prospective customers • Work efficiently, systematically, and results-oriented, making approximately 150–200 call attempts per day • Conduct structured initial conversations and analyze goals, challenges, and growth potential • Assess prospective customers’ fit with Spacedome • Contact existing leads from the system and conduct systematic follow-ups • Schedule, prepare, and follow up on appointments for Strategy Consultants • Accurately pass on relevant information to Strategy Consultants

• Strong communication and analytical skills • Persuasiveness and a confident manner • High self-motivation and willingness to perform • Coachability and eagerness to learn • Understanding of processes and discipline • Calm, pleasant voice and professional demeanor • Excellent German skills at a native-speaker level • Stable internet connection and a suitable time zone for remote work
