• As our Sales Enablement Manager, your mission is clear: maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global Sales team. • You will be the architect of our GTM standards, ensuring every salesperson has the processes, content, and training they need to achieve and exceed their targets. • Standardise GTM Playbooks: Design, document, and enforce consistent Go-to-Market playbooks and sales processes across all regions and sales segments, ensuring global alignment and clarity. • Devise Training & Collateral: Own the creation and continuous maintenance of all essential sales collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and battle cards. • Maintain Collateral: manage all training and collateral within our internal knowledge base (Notion), ensuring it is always up-to-date and easily accessible by the sales team. • New Hire Onboarding: Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding programme for all new sales hires, ensuring a fast and effective ramp-up to quota attainment. • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to support the rollout and communication of territory and account mapping, ensuring reps understand the 'why' and are equipped to manage their patch effectively.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a dedicated Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training role. • Highly capable of translating high-level strategy into simple, repeatable sales processes and managing process documentation end-to-end. • A strong communicator able to effectively train, coach, and influence sales reps and leaders without direct managerial authority. • Practical understanding of SaaS or Ad-Tech sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline stages, and common objections.
