📋 Description

• Support product vision, strategy and roadmap across the product portfolio • Contribute to business cases covering customer value, commercial impact, effort and risk • Use market insight, client feedback, usage data and outcomes data to identify opportunities • Participate in roadmap, prioritisation and planning sessions • Track dependencies and flag risks across product workstreams • Participate in peer review of requirements and documentation • Conduct discovery with clients, members, clinicians and internal teams • Translate user journeys and business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria • Support stakeholder workshops and produce documentation, process flows and system diagrams • Manage and refine product backlogs, prioritising features, enhancements and technical debt • Work with engineering, QA, architecture and UX to plan and deliver releases • Run sprint ceremonies and product demos, escalating blockers • Plan releases and publish release notes • Review and respond to small works and change requests • Embed clinical requirements and safety considerations into products • Support clinical sign-off, risk assessment and change control, keeping documentation audit ready • Contribute to regulatory and quality documentation, including requirements traceability • Support Commercial and Marketing with product positioning, bids and tenders • Join client meetings to explain product capabilities • Define and track adoption, engagement, clinical outcome and commercial performance measures • Support launch readiness, post-launch support and product iteration • Maintain product documentation in Jira and Confluence • Explore responsible use of AI tools for requirements, documentation and backlog management

🎯 Requirements

• Around two years’ experience in a product management or closely related role, such as Associate Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst • Experience contributing to digital products from concept through to live service • Structured approach to problem solving, curiosity, willingness to learn quickly and ability to act on feedback • Good experience of Agile delivery • Ability to write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria • Sound prioritisation skills using evidence and a clear framework • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Experience producing process flows and diagrams in tools such as Lucidchart or similar • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to explain ideas to technical and non-technical audiences and build credibility with senior colleagues • Experience working with data and insight to make and evaluate product decisions • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously • Technical knowledge such as a basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and the software development lifecycle is desirable • Experience of or exposure to healthcare, digital health, mental health or another regulated environment is desirable • Basic understanding of clinical governance, UK GDPR and clinical safety standards such as DCB0129 and DCB0160 is desirable • Awareness of UK MDR, EU MDR and ISO 13485-aligned quality management systems is desirable • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com or similar platforms is desirable • Experience in B2B, B2B2C or payor and employer-facing propositions is desirable • Product management or Agile certification such as CSPO or PSM is desirable • Understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with design teams is desirable
