📋 Description

• Support the Timing product line, including crystals, oscillators, real-time clocks (RTC), and MEMS timing devices • Manage product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, customer support, product maintenance, and end-of-life evaluations • Support product-line revenue growth and profitability • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and support successful launches • Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product adoption and success • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and define next-generation product roadmaps • Present product proposals, margins, performance, and projections to leadership teams • Deliver presentations and training to sales teams, representatives, distribution partners, and customers • Communicate market needs and trends to engineering teams to guide new product development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field • 2–3 years experience as an electrical, component, applications, or product engineer; or 1–2 years experience as a field application engineer for a component manufacturer or component distributor; or 1–3 years experience in product management or related role • Knowledge in product lifecycle management • Demonstrated expertise in product design, development or sales within the timing electronic components industry • Profound knowledge of electrical circuit theory, electromagnetic principles, and timing electronics • Demonstrated proficiency in market research and data analysis • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in working independently in a fast-paced environment • Advanced Business or Finance degree (Master's or PhD) preferred
