⢠As a New Business Sales Executive at Splitit, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business partnerships with merchants and eCommerce platforms across various industries. ⢠Leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative selling skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of Splitit's solutions and drive revenue growth. ⢠Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries. ⢠Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media, to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline. ⢠Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients. ⢠Effectively articulate how Splitit's solutions can address their specific challenges and enhance their customer experience. ⢠Develop customized sales pitches and presentations that resonate with prospects. ⢠Solution Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the benefits and features of Splitit's platform. ⢠Address any questions or concerns raised by potential clients and position Splitit as a trusted partner. ⢠Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with potential clients. ⢠Aim to exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively closing deals. ⢠Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the client organizations. ⢠Maintain regular communication to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support. ⢠Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. ⢠Provide valuable insights from the field to inform product development and market strategies. ⢠Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments. ⢠Leverage this knowledge to position Splitit's offerings effectively and proactively identify new business opportunities.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). ⢠Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the financial technology or payments industry. ⢠Industry experience in one or more of the following industries will be desirable; luxury retail, digital native retailers, technology, home services, furniture, education, healthcare, marketplaces, etc. ⢠Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail business models. ⢠Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. ⢠Demonstrated ability to build relationships and navigate complex sales cycles. ⢠Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets. ⢠Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. ⢠Willingness to travel as required to attend industry events and meet with clients.
