📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to position Onomi’s capabilities, validate technical feasibility, deliver technical presentations, and support RFP responses • Lead customer discovery sessions and translate requirements and integration touchpoints into high-level architectures • Produce detailed solution architecture documents covering data flows, APIs 2.0, SSO, internal connectors, and iPaaS custom integrations • Work alongside the Program Manager to deliver innovative solutions in a data-centric environment • Collaborate with internal teams to complete Product integration features • Ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements while working with Program Managers, customers, partners, IT, Business, and Compliance stakeholders • Escalate complex integration issues to Engineering and resolve them within SLA • Feed lessons learned and structured insights from enterprise projects back to Product for roadmap prioritization • Contribute to integration process improvements, templates, and best practices • Maintain current technical documentation for enterprise customer solutions • Learn the Onomi platform, life sciences CRM systems, integration ecosystem, methodology, and testing/deployment guidelines • Independently lead presales calls, draft design documents, support RFPs, and own enterprise integration projects end-to-end • Provide first-line API 2.0 support within SLA • Document integration gaps, bugs, enhancement requests, and specifications for native integration modules • Build architecture landscape evolution plans and serve as a go-to expert for customer integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant roles, preferably in SaaS commercial/marketing applications • Hands-on experience building integrations with REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, and iPaaS such as Mulesoft or Workato • Salesforce and/or Veeva integration expertise in life sciences/pharma is a strong plus • Understanding of pharma compliance aspects including data privacy, consent, audit requirements, and field force usage is a plus • Customer-facing technical experience, including presenting, pitching, and negotiating with enterprise stakeholders • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level and enterprise architects • Experience running workshops to uncover business drivers, technical requirements, and integration challenges • Ability to tailor demos and prototypes to different customer personas • Fluent in English, written and spoken; other languages are an asset
