📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve our pipeline reporting and forecasting partnering closely with sales leadership (BDR, Strategic Alliances, Channel Partnerships, Public Sector Sales) to ensure accuracy and insight. • Analyze pipeline health and implement strategies to maintain high-quality opportunities across the funnel. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business trends. • Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, tooling, and data integrity. • Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, collaborating with admins and enabling the sales team with efficient processes and system enhancements. • Standardize reporting and analytics to support internal business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning. • Provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment • Proven track record of partnering with sales leadership to deliver strategic insights and improve forecasting accuracy • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and funnel metrics • Proficiency in Salesforce with 2+ years of hands-on reporting/dashboard experience; CRM Analytics a plus • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections)
