📋 Description

• Perform field service work, including on-site installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, concise, clear communication and excellent service delivery • Travel at short notice to support other Field Service Engineers when needed • Complete all required documentation on time • Communicate product quality issues to appropriate personnel • Work closely with the Sales team and Field Applications Specialists • Meet KPIs measuring performance and impact • Primarily support customers across the UK and mainland Europe, with occasional travel further afield • Undertake approximately 10–12 days per month of overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the UK; ideally in the London/Cambridge/Oxford area • Previous experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems essential • Experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors desirable • Previous experience working with liquid handling desirable • Ability to travel on short notice in the UK and Europe, at times involving at least 60% overnight travel • Strong customer focus • Excellent communication skills • Proactive and flexible approach to workload • Education equivalent of at least one of the following: Engineering Apprenticeship and HNC, or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • Self-motivated team player • Valid passport and driving license • Located near a major airport advantageous
