📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies • Manage technical risks and ensure the timely delivery of projects • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments • Provide out-of-hours on-call assistance in 4-hour slots

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a senior NET software engineer • Must Have: C#, .Net 6 or later, REST, GraphQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Postgres, OpenTelemetry • Good to have: MassTransit, MartenDB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development • Hands-on experience with microservices and transformation from monolithic to microservices • Technical Leadership & Architecture experience, you have led decisions on technology stacks • Experience coaching developers, reviewing code to ensure quality standards
