đź“‹ Description

• Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue. • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how SS&C's solutions can address them. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to individual client requirements. • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and SS&C. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, product, and client services, to ensure a seamless client experience. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and SS&C product enhancements. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field • 8-10 years of proven sales experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets • Demonstrated understanding of financial services operations, including banking and asset management, and/or alternative investments • Experience selling complex software solutions or services to CFO and CRO of Banks • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel as required.
