📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Nest.js, Node.js, and Angular • Build reusable frontend components and responsive user experiences aligned with enterprise UX standards • Develop backend microservices and APIs supporting high-volume financial workloads • Integrate Large Language Models into production applications • Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, workflow automation tools, and conversational experiences • Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance best practices • Build semantic search capabilities using embeddings, metadata filtering, and hybrid search techniques • Continuously tune, evaluate, and monitor response quality • Develop secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and event-driven integrations • Design scalable microservices architecture patterns • Develop agent-based workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party financial platforms • Design multi-step workflows for complex business operations • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO technologies • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security and compliance standards • Support SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, and applicable financial regulatory requirements • Apply responsible AI practices, data privacy controls, and model governance standards • Deploy and manage workloads on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and Kubernetes deployments • Monitor application performance, AI costs, reliability, and operational metrics • Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Security teams, and business stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, and Python • Frontend experience with Angular, Micro Frontends, and modern frontend architecture • Backend experience with Node.js, Nest.js, Java Spring and JPA frameworks, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks • Experience with REST APIs/microservices, large-scale data processing frameworks, Kafka/Pulsar, and Spark • Experience with ELT/ETL, relational/NoSQL DBMS, vector databases, dbt, Dagster, Airbyte, and Snowflake • Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools • Experience with Claude Code, GraphRAG/Advanced RAG, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector/Pinecone, DeepEval/Ragas/Arize Phoenix, and LangSmith/Langfuse or equivalent tooling • 5+ years of software engineering experience spanning frontend and backend development • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered applications in production environments • Experience building enterprise-grade solutions supporting critical business processes • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus (preferred/desirable) • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, alternative asset management, or FinTech industries (preferred/desirable) • Experience in data pipelines and Data Lakehouse designs (preferred/desirable)
