📋 Description

• Establish, develop and manage a network of approved training providers • Assess worker caseload needs and identify gaps in existing provision • Map provision and service gaps and implement additional or alternative provision • Represent Reed in Partnership at external meetings • Work with training providers to improve accessibility and meet employer needs • Design, implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks • Complete audits, compliance reviews and performance assessments • Monitor training performance against contractual KPIs and quality standards • Analyse management information and performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities • Mentor, coach and instruct staff as required • Lead and manage a small team of Training Network Executives • Develop SLAs and performance expectations with training providers • Analyse worker feedback and outcome data to drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with employer engagement and delivery teams to ensure responsive, relevant and outcome-focused training provision

🎯 Requirements

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) • Experience of sales management including supervision of individuals'/teams’ delivery and/or output • Track record of working towards and achieving targets • Experience of people management, including supporting, mentoring, coaching and developing an individual • Minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma • GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification), or achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage • Strong administration skills • Good computer/technology skills • Basic numeracy/spreadsheet skills • Quality assurance/audits skills • Good written communication/record keeping skills • Interest in people and willingness to learn • Ability to travel around the UK when needed, including to Aberdeen • Desirable: experience in employment support, skills or employability sectors • Desirable: experience in a fast-paced, performance target-driven environment • Desirable: experience managing a business-to-business sales process • Desirable: knowledge of Clean Energy, Oil and Gas, and Industry Priority Sectors
