📋 Description

• Maintain and repair a range of high-profile escalator systems across major rail and underground sites • Service, maintain, and repair escalators and moving walkways • Conduct maintenance, repairs, and callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers • Work on KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment • Diagnose faults across mechanical and electrical systems • Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care • Perform effective risk assessments • Maintain site log cards during every visit • Work across the Scotland Central Belt transport infrastructure patch

🎯 Requirements

• Must be qualified to a minimum of NVQ 3 with great technical expertise • NVQ 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent • Proven experience in maintenance and minor repair of electrical, mechanical, or electronic equipment in the customer’s environment • Experience using computers or PDAs is essential • Ability to use a mobile communications unit to log calls and access customer and equipment information • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available
