📋 Description

• Lead product safety and compliance across the lift portfolio • Manage product investigations and corrective actions • Maintain technical documentation, testing records, and certifications • Drive product improvements with OEM partners • Support new product development • Provide expert technical support, training, and guidance to installation teams and customers • Work closely with installation teams, suppliers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders • Initially work from the Andover Head Office during onboarding before transitioning to hybrid work • Travel regularly to Andover, London, and other Stannah locations as required

🎯 Requirements

• NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications, or equivalent industry experience • Engineering Degree advantageous • Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other technical tools • Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives, and Building Regulations • Experience in the lift industry with a solid technical background • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available • Willingness/ability to travel regularly to Andover, London, and other Stannah locations as required • Ability to work the stated Monday–Thursday 08:30–17:15 and Friday 08:30–13:30 schedule
