📋 Description

• Lead complex customer projects, implementations, and resolution initiatives from intake through completion. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners to drive alignment and accountability. • Identify challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. • Exercise sound judgment to balance customer needs, business priorities, and project objectives. • Provide clear project updates, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. • Serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Vendors, and other business partners. • Drive process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. • 2+ years of business experience in project coordination and/or project management. • Experience managing projects and driving successful outcomes across multiple stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. • V/X-look-up, pivot tables and power query. • Experience using Salesforce.com • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
