📋 Description

• Own backlog refinement, sprint planning, day-to-day execution, and release readiness • Translate product direction into clear, actionable work • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to break priorities into deliverable increments • Make trade-offs across customer value, business impact, speed, scope, and risk • Work with universities, students, and internal stakeholders to test solutions and gather feedback • Incorporate customer and stakeholder insights into product decisions • Focus the team on acquisition, conversion, engagement, and business outcomes • Use AI for requirements, acceptance criteria, scenario planning, prototyping, research synthesis, and product collaboration • Coordinate delivery across UK, US, and India teams while accounting for market, release, and communication differences • Report to the Principal Product Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role • Strong backlog management and prioritization skills • Ability to translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements • Experience working across multiple markets or regions • Experience across B2B and B2C products, or in a B2B2C or other multi-sided product environment • Experience working directly with customers or users to validate needs, test solutions, and incorporate feedback • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Design • Demonstrated use of AI to improve aspects of the product development lifecycle • Clear and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work effectively across geographically distributed teams • Preferred: experience with marketplace, listings, PropTech, ILS-style, or other multi-sided products • Preferred: understanding of integrations, ecosystem dependencies, marketplace/platform value creation and monetization • Preferred: background in scale-ups or high-growth environments
