📋 Description

• Own a set of features inside a product area and work with a Senior Product Manager while learning the business • Prioritise features with the manager based on client needs, product data and commercial goals • Read regulations, API documentation and operational processes, and form a position before Legal and Compliance review • Write detailed specifications covering client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria • Carry decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations • Take features through testing and launch, then monitor performance, gather client feedback, review metrics and identify improvements

🎯 Requirements

• A product or a set of features you shipped yourself and can walk through in detail, including where it broke: a rounding rule, a time zone, a rule you got wrong, an API that changed under you • Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers • Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote • Evidence of regular use of AI in product work, including best practices
